The transit system here could be better, the trolley is too slow. I am used to Bart from the bay area which is very fast. The good thing about the public transportation here is that it is clean.

Overall, the bus and trolley lines are really convenient. The schedules are sometimes easy to confuse and you might end up waiting a while, but overall it's great.

With the trolley extended to State, there isn't much to complain about. You can get from there to most any major destination in the metropolitan area.

MTS can help you get anywhere is San Diego. The problem is that it is slow and can be expensive. They do not have transfers anymore which is very frustrating, but it is cheaper than gas.
